By accessing and using A2A Protocol's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Paid product submissions are also subject to Section 3.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

3. Product Directory and Paid Submissions

Our Products page may offer a paid option to submit a product or website for consideration for inclusion in the public directory. The fee, checkout provider (for example Buy Me a Coffee), and any on-screen description of benefits are shown at the time you submit. Payment is processed by the third party; you must comply with that provider's terms.

Review and discretion. We may accept or reject any submission in our sole discretion. We may edit listing content for clarity, quality, or consistency with the site. Approval is not guaranteed. If we reject a submission because it violates our published submission guidelines (including prohibited categories or low-quality or misleading sites), we may do so without a refund, as stated near the submission form.

Matching payment to your submission. You are responsible for following instructions we provide at checkout (for example, including your website URL in the payment message) so we can match your payment to your submission. We are not responsible for delays or inability to process a listing caused by missing or incorrect information.

Refunds. Refund eligibility is limited. Where we reject a submission for guideline violations, we generally do not refund the fee. For other cases, contact us at contact@a2aprotocol.ai; any refund is at our discretion and subject to the policies of the payment platform.

Your representations. You represent that you have the right to submit the URL and related information, that the site is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights, and that information you provide is accurate. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute the submitted materials on a2aprotocol.ai and related properties for the purpose of operating and promoting the directory.

4. Third-Party Sites

Directory entries link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

A2A Protocol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, including any listing, placement, or SEO outcome.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website.
