1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using A2A Protocol's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Paid submissions — product listings and sponsored articles — are also subject to Section 3.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Accounts. Some features, including paid submissions, require an account (Google sign-in or a one-time email code). You are responsible for the accuracy of your email address, for keeping your email account and sign-in codes confidential, and for activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

3. Paid Submissions (Product Listings and Sponsored Articles)

Our site offers paid submission options: a product listing for the public directory and a sponsored article for our Insights section. The fee for each option is shown before you pay, and payment is completed on Stripe (or another checkout provider we configure); that provider's terms apply to the payment itself. Each payment covers one submission and is credited to your account — after payment, you complete the submission form, and our team reviews it.

Review and discretion. We may accept or reject any submission in our sole discretion. We may edit listing or article content for clarity, quality, or consistency with the site. Approval is not guaranteed. Sponsored articles are published with a clear Sponsored label and disclosed commercial links. If we reject a submission because it violates our published submission guidelines (including prohibited categories or low-quality or misleading content), we may do so without a refund, as stated near the submission form.

One submission per payment. Each payment applies to a single submission and is linked to your account. Keep access to the email address you signed up with — we are not responsible for paid submissions or credits you can no longer access after losing account access.

Refunds. Refund eligibility is limited. Where we reject a submission for guideline violations, we generally do not refund the fee. For other cases, contact us at contact@a2aprotocol.ai; any refund is at our discretion and subject to the policies of the payment platform.

Your representations. You represent that you have the right to submit the URL, article content, and related information, that the material is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights, and that information you provide is accurate. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute the submitted materials on a2aprotocol.ai and related properties for the purpose of operating and promoting the directory and our Insights section.

4. Third-Party Sites

Directory entries link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

A2A Protocol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, including any listing, article, placement, or SEO outcome.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website.
